Introduction

A complete new-build fit-out in North County Dublin. The customer wanted a seamless and warm-toned look to the flooring throughout the whole property.

The Process

We laid a premium Laminate floor with an embossed in register feature - giving the flooring an excellent look and feel under foot.
The floor was laid throughout the downstairs, landing, and bedrooms.
The customer was open to suggestions for the staircase - we recommended and installed our laminate stair system in a contrasting colour to the flooring.
Builders' skirting boards were removed and resealed upon completion.

The Results

This was the 4th home in this development to receive our services.

We achieved the seamless finished impression that the customer wanted.
The use of water-resistant materials ensured durability.
The end finish was of high quality, matching the quality control of the development as a whole.
The customer was extremely happy with the finished result.
