Introduction

A collaboration with AW Premium Construction. The home owner wanted a robust flooring solution with high water-resistant properties to withstand the traffic of a busy household.

The Process

We screeded the subfloor to ensure that everything was level ad there would be no problems once the floor was laid.
We installed an AC4/Class 32 laminate with 48-hour aqua protection .
We installed acoustic underlay to reduce the rebound sound by 22db.
The rooms were finished with colour-matching profiles and skirting boards fitted meticulously for a high-quality end result.
We installed the laminate to the whole ground floor of the property.

Both the end client and the construction partner business were extremely happy with the finished flooring.
