Three Bedroom House – West Dublin

#Carpet

Introduction

A 3-bedroom renovated home in West Dublin. We were asked to provide the final touches for the renovation by a builder/partner. There were time pressures related to the job, and so we had to respond to, and deliver on, the brief promptly.

The Process

We wanted to respond to our client's request in a way that was both practical, and also visually pleasing.

We installed a flatweave, loop pile synthetic carpet, chosen specifically to bring texture to the stairs and landing area.
We installed 11mm high-density underlay to prolong carpet life, as well as provide comfort underfoot and some measure of noise reduction.
The carpet was centred on the stairs and landing area and finished with a 2-inch black cotton tape border.

The Results

Our builder/partner was very pleased that we were able to react so quickly to their request and complete the job to time and on spec.

The end client was highly delighted with the finished look and the practicality of the carpet.
